Summary (the full terms below still apply). DAS Source is licensed to you personally, for use inside your own firm, on a subscription basis. You may share client-facing outputs the service is designed to produce — the branded comparison export, PDF and client share links. You may not share your login, copy or extract the product data, or give anyone else access to the service. The service is provided for illustration only and is not advice.
DAS Source is operated by EAZ Finance Ltd (company number 14675152), registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF ("we", "us", "our"). EAZ Finance Ltd is a software provider. We are not a mortgage broker or lender, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The service is made available for use by FCA-authorised mortgage intermediaries and their staff only.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using DAS Source you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm, and "you" means both you and that firm.
DAS Source is currently provided as a BETA service. Features may change, be withdrawn or contain errors. Product data, rates, criteria and calculations may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You must independently verify every figure with the lender before relying on it, submitting a case, or advising any client.
Subject to your subscription being paid and current, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use DAS Source solely for your own internal business use in advising your own clients.

These outputs are provided for the purpose of communicating an illustration to a client. You may not modify them to remove attribution, and you may not use them to provide the underlying product data in bulk to any person. Anything not expressly permitted here is prohibited by clause 5.
All rights in DAS Source — including the software, interface, design, database, product data, curation, structure and all associated intellectual property rights — are and remain owned by EAZ Finance Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you. DAS Source™ is a trade mark of EAZ Finance Ltd. You are granted no rights in our trade marks or branding.
The database and its selection and arrangement are protected by copyright and database rights. Systematic extraction or re-utilisation of any part of it is expressly prohibited.
Some tools display information sourced from third parties and public registers, including HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, the Energy Performance of Buildings Register, Companies House, planning data published by MHCLG and the Environment Agency. That information is provided by those third parties, is used under the licences they publish (including the Open Government Licence v3.0 where applicable), and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. We do not verify it. Their terms and attribution requirements apply.
Parts of the service display HM Land Registry Commercial and Corporate Ownership Data (CCOD) and Overseas Companies Ownership Data (OCOD), used under licence from HM Land Registry. That licence imposes restrictions which pass directly to you. You must not:
These restrictions survive termination. Breach of this clause is a material breach of these terms and of HM Land Registry's licence, and we may suspend or terminate your access immediately. You indemnify us for any claim arising from your misuse of this data.
The data covers England and Wales only, registered titles only, and only where the proprietor is a company or corporate body — property held by private individuals is excluded from the dataset. It is refreshed periodically and may not reflect recent transfers. Contains HM Land Registry data © Crown copyright and database right.
DAS Source provides illustrations and reference information only. It does not constitute financial, mortgage, legal, tax, planning, valuation, environmental or professional advice, and must not be presented to any client as such. Lender criteria, rates, availability and acceptance are determined solely by lenders and change frequently. You remain wholly responsible for the advice you give, for verifying every figure and criterion directly with the lender, and for your own regulatory compliance.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the service, and may perform maintenance, at any time.
Subscriptions are billed in advance at the plan rate then in force, through our payment provider. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for and, unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Failure to pay suspends access. We may change plan pricing on reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms — in particular clause 5. On termination your licence ends and you must stop using the service and destroy any material extracted from it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You are a business user. You agree the service is not provided for consumer use.
You will indemnify us against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or any advice you give to a client.
The service, its data and any non-public information you obtain through it are our confidential information. You must keep them confidential and not disclose them to any third party, except as permitted by clause 6.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for any client information you enter into the service.
We may update these terms. The version published here applies from its stated date, and continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
